Hi! My name is Finn, and I just graduated high school! I am trying to raise funds to support my transition, as I have been socially transitioned since I was 13. I've been financially independent from my parents the last few years, which has made things very hard, and the next steps in my transition include legally changing my name, HRT (hormone replacement therapy), and top surgery, which can cost up to $500 and $20,000 respectively.
