Support Finnley's Fight Against GBS

My best friend’s son, Finnley, was taken to Children’s Hospital on Tuesday, 5/28/24.
Two weeks before, we noticed he was walking oddly and could not keep his balance.
Finn has been frequently ill, so much so that his mom has been let go from her longtime job because she needed to call off work to take care of him.
When she decided it was time to go to the Emergency Room, Finn was immediately admitted.
Today, on Wednesday, 5/29, doctors performed an MRI and also took fluid from his spine, which has confirmed he has Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS).
This can be life-threatening.
Tomorrow, on Thursday, 5/30, Finn will have a central line placed and he will have to stay in the Children’s Hospital for a while.
Shelli is a single mother, who works 2 jobs and is barely able to get by.
This will put Shelli out of work for at least 2 weeks, even more if things don’t go as expected.

Today is Friday May 31st, tomorrow Finn will have his 4th birthday in the hospital.
yesterday, they placed a line through his neck so that he will be able to receive his treatments.
Finn will receive treatments for GBS every other day for the next 5 days.
