*UPDATE* Our dear Captain has sailed on to Valhalla. Funds will be used to help Julie with funeral and remaining medical expenses.

Our dear friends, your support has been overwhelming. It was a great source of relief to our Captain in his final days. Now, as he has sailed off for the final time, your generosity will be used to help cover his funeral and remaining medical expenses. When I spoke with him just a few days before passing, he and Julie conveyed their gratitude for all all of you and how much your love meant to them during this time.

Finbar Gittelman, Captain of Wolf, Admiral of the Conch Republic Navy, having helped thousands of people throughout the Caribbean over the last 50 years, is in failing health and is needing our help.

He has faced off against hurricanes, the Cuban Navy and heart attacks, but now, the battle is nearing the end. He and his wife Julie are needing help covering Finbar's medical costs and hospice care as he prepares for the final sail of his life.

If he has blessed you with his stories, a sunset sail on Wolf, or inspiration through the documentary on his life, your support here would be a great way to show appreciation. For all of you who have already helped over the last several years, we are extremely grateful. Your friendship and support have carried Fin through hospital stays, and medical battles that a lesser man would have lost years ago.
