A few weeks ago, our family received heartbreaking news. My father, Honorato Castro (Flaco) , was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. After undergoing a biopsy to better understand his condition, we currently know that the cancer has spread throughout his body. Pancreatic cancer is extremely aggressive, and together as a family, we are doing everything we can to help him fight this battle.

Before his diagnosis, my father worked at a local car wash in Poughkeepsie detailing cars. Anyone who knows him personally knows how hardworking, loving, and kind he is. He has always been someone who loves to laugh, share stories, and offer life lessons to everyone around him. He is truly a social butterfly with a joyful spirit.

At this time, we are doing everything possible to continue his care, by paying out of pocket. Cancer treatments, medications, and hospital visit can be expensive and we are asking for any support you may be able to give during this difficult journey. All funds raised will go directly toward medical expenses, hospital stays, treatments, and necessary medications. Any donation, share, or prayer means more to us than words can express.
