Kenna and Justin, my daughter and son-in-law, have faced an incredibly difficult journey to grow their family. After three years of trying, Kenna finally became pregnant, but their first son, Koen Tyler, was delivered sleeping last March. The heartbreak didn’t end there—now, as they pursue fertility treatments, they recently experienced another devastating loss: twins, after their first IVF transfer. Throughout this process, Kenna was covered by my insurance, which helped with the significant expenses of IVF. However, as of 12/31/2025, that coverage ended, and Kenna and Justin are now facing the next round of treatments and transfers entirely out of pocket. The costs for these procedures are overwhelming, and the emotional toll is immense.
