Ferney, a dedicated member of our maintenance team, recently suffered a serious injury after falling off a ladder. The accident resulted in a broken leg, requiring orthopedic surgery to place a plate between his tibia and fibula. This unexpected event has left Ferney facing a long road to recovery, and he will be unable to work for an extended period while he heals.

Ferney has always gone above and beyond to keep our community running smoothly, greeting everyone with a smile and lending a helping hand whenever needed. Now, as he faces significant medical bills and the challenge of being out of work, we have the opportunity to give back and support him in his time of need. The funds raised will go directly toward covering the copay for his surgery, physical therapy, other related medical expenses, and helping with day-to-day living costs during his recovery.
