Support Fernando's Fight Against Pancreatic Cancer

Our dad Fernando has been diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of Pancreatic Cancer (Acinar cell carcinoma). He was diagnosed in late January after a hospital visit as a result of symptoms he was experiencing due to a blockage. Doctors identified it was due to the large cancerous mass in his pancreas. His care has been transferred to Mass General with some of the best doctors in the nation. He is currently undergoing Chemotherapy which will then be followed up with Radiation and eventually Whipple surgery.

We are starting this GoFundMe to help our parents ease the financial burden for this long recovery process—giving them one less thing to worry about so they can focus entirely on beating this aggressive cancer one step at a time. Every little bit helps so we truly appreciate all your support.

**Update- With all the chemotherapy- the tumor is not shrinking and he now has a new mass in his liver- we are still staying hopeful but this is a long journey of praying and having faith that he will het better. This has put a lot of strain on my family and I mentally. This takes a lot of you in everyday life of thinking and praying. My family
