Maria Jose has been a janitor at Nvidia for over 20 years. She is always cheerful and greets everyone with a smile, and I have seen her diligent and meticulous work firsthand.

Recently, Maria and her family suffered a devastating fire in their apartment complex in San Jose. While I am relieved to share that no one in her family was physically harmed, they did lose everything they owned in the blaze. The Red Cross provided them with temporary housing for a few days, and they have since moved into a new rental apartment. However, the rent for their new place is significantly higher than what they were paying before, and they need personal supplies such as clothes and shoes, as well as home essentials.
