Greetings everyone!

We are Angela and Luis Chavarria and we need your help. We have a handsome tuxedo cat named Felix who recently underwent emergency surgery to remove a gallbladder stone that resulted in a blockage within his body and prevented him from going to the bathroom. This resulted in a build-up of urine inside his body, causing great discomfort and pain. Upon arriving at the emergency clinic 45 minutes from our home, they gave him pain medication and set him up with a catheter to help relieve any pressure. This has resulted in a 2-night stay at the clinic as well, since they had to monitor his behavior and recovery. The veterinarian recommends that we also place Felix on a specialty diet of medicated food to help prevent this issue from happening again in the future.

We greatly appreciate any donations, as it will be directly used for Felix's bill and specialty food. Anything helps our fur-baby and we are incredibly blessed and honored to have such a goofy cat in our lives. We love him so, so much and couldn't imagine a life without him.

Any and all donations will be used to pay his monthly medicated food subscription we have through Chewy, as well as pay off the vet bill we received upon his discharge from the vet. One of us had to even invest in a credit card through the vet in hopes to cover enough that we could lessen the blow on our own savings. Unfortunately, that was not the case and thus we made this GoFundMe.
