Support Felipe Bachez and Family

Felipe is our dad and we are setting up this GoFundMe on his and our mom’s behalf.

Our dad has always been an extremely energetic and healthy person but suddenly at the beginning of July he started to have stomach issues and a noticeable loss of weight. On July 19th, he went for scans that showed a large mass on his liver, and on August 5th, a scope showed another mass in his stomach lining. Over the next 6.5 weeks he waited until September 19th to get into the Cross Cancer Institute. Further tests at the Cross showed another smaller mass on two vertebrae that threatens to push onto his spinal cord, potentially causing further issues. With this spread and the stages they are at, his doctors have recommended an aggressive treatment plan including multiple chemotherapies and radiation in attempts to stabilize the growths and hopefully aid with pain management.

Throughout this time, our dad’s faith and resolve has never wavered and he remains committed to overcoming the current situation and coming out on the other side healthy.

Everyone who knows our dad knows that he has always been someone to help others in any ways that he can, and we just want to try and take his focus away from bills and other financials, so that he (and our mom) can focus on the fight ahead. Any help will be immensely appreciated by our parents and our entire family.
