John and Marina's sweet dog, Fela was chasing after a black bear and was struck by a vehicle while crossing 96B. The motorist fled the scene and Fela was hospitalized.

No bones were broken or fractured with the impact but fluid in the lungs and internal bleeding were found resulting in a multi-day hospitalization. The good news is it appears Fela will pull through.

We are raising funds to help cover the Vet bill from said stay and help minimize this unfortunate and traumatic experience.

Thank you so much for your generosity and support!
