Hi, My name is Felicia Salazar back in January 2024 my life was turned upside down. I was diagnosed with stage 4 Anaplastic Thyroid Cancer which is a rare and aggressive cancer. I was told I had 6 months to a year to live and was offered only radiation by Doctors here in Albuquerque. Fortunately, I found MD Anderson in Houston, Texas where I have been receiving treatments and have been given hope, but the expenses are adding up faster than I'd like and have become a financial burden. If you know me, you know, I do not like to ask for anything, its easier for me to give to people than it is for me to ask or take. I have my 2 wonderful boys at home while I am away at treatments. They are also having an extremely hard time with this but we are all being positive, if you know me you know that I like to be in control of my life:). Anything is greatly appreciated. I am very grateful to all of you for your prayers and thoughts, text messages, calls it all means so much to me.
