Support Fayth Serratts Family after hurricane beryl

I am Fayth the daughter of Jerry creating this page to help out my dad. Early Monday morning, my dad and stepmom lost almost everything they had due to Hurricane Beryl. Both of them are hard working cops. A tree from our backyard hit our house and unfortunately destroyed my dad and stepmom's room. They had left earlier that morning around 6am to help out the community with their flooded houses and around 9am, their very own house was struck.

We are so very blessed that they were not home during the incident because they would have died with the tree falling right where their bed was. Even though we know we are blessed with them not being home when the tree fell, it is still very hard to lose most of everything you have. All of their clothes that they have are covered in fiberglass and cannot be saved. Fortunately important documents we had and some other things from their room was able to be recovered. We are thankfully moving soon but until we are able to move, it will take a toll on them financially.

My dad is the most hardworking man I know, alongside my stepmom. They both work as a team to protect the children and community as they have both been a part of the police task forces for over a decade. Please help these two amazing cops out with starting to pick up their life again.
