My name is Jason and I am trying to help one of the most dedicated, passionate employees I have seen in my 20 years of working with people. Fawn is an employee at one of my locations and recently had an emergency surgery and returned to work 3 days later and apologized that she needed to wear sweat pants because of her procedure.

Fawn received a diagnosis that would have caught any of us by surprise. She has taken a very difficult situation and continued to be the amazing person she is, she will not quit or back down. She refuses to miss work even while beginning her chemotherapy.

We have ensured that Fawn knows we’ve got her back and she will inevitably be upset at any charity because she does things on her own. Even strong independent people occasionally need support.
