Fatima is a devoted mother and a cherished friend who has always been there for her community. On December 23rd, her world was turned upside down when her partner was illegally detained by ICE and has been held ever since, leaving her to care for their two young children on her own. The sudden loss of her partner’s support has placed an enormous financial and emotional burden on Fatima, who is now struggling to keep her family together while navigating an uncertain future.
