Dave, my nephew, has recently been diagnosed with esophagus cancer. This diagnosis has turned his world upside down, leaving him very ill and unable to work. As a result, Dave is facing mounting expenses from ongoing treatments and daily living costs, all while trying to support his son during this difficult time. The financial strain is overwhelming, and he needs help to cover medical bills and basic necessities.
