Every child deserves a chance to learn, dream, and grow.

At the base of Mount Kilimanjaro, in Moshi, Tanzania, stands a home built on love, courage, and community, the Tuleeni Children’s Home.

Founded in 2006 by Flaria Faraji (Mama Faraji), Tuleeni began as a small act of compassion and love. Mama Faraji opened her doors to a few children who had lost their parents. Over the years, that act of love has grown into a family that has raised and supported more than 400 children.

Many of them are now teachers, doctors, nurses, accountants, entrepreneurs, and engineers, proof that when children are given care and education, their potential is limitless.

Our Mission for 2026

Today, Tuleeni supports 85 children

Education is at the heart of everything we do. It’s what breaks the cycle of poverty and gives these children a chance to create a better future.

For 2026, our goal is to raise USD 20,600 to provide school fees, supplies, and health insurance for 63 unsponsored children.

That’s just USD 326 per child per year, enough to cover a full year of education, school materials, and medical care.

This fundraiser is managed through The Faraji Foundation International, a registered U.S. charity. This ensures all donations are tax-deductible and safely transferred directly to Tuleeni Children’s Home in Tanzania.
