Hi everyone. I am raising funds for Fang Ye and Bo Xin Chen. They have lived in the US for at least 15 years and were granted Military Parole in Place this past August. However, they were unexpectedly detained by ICE due to an issue involving their travel documents from China. The Military Parole in Place was a program that granted them legal status in the US for a year and prevented their deportation. They had already had a final removal order years ago, but they had to stay in the US to raise their young daughter. They are now facing many legal challenges and hefty expenses.
Bo Xin Chen and Fang Ye are hardworking individuals who own a small restaurant called Aurora Chinese Restaurant. They are caring individuals who put their family first. They do not deserve this. They have been separated from each other as they are detained at separate detention facilities for who knows how long.
