Need Emergency Eye Surgery

My husband needs to get a very important eye surgery done as he is damaging his eyes every day we wait. It is costly. We are currently fighting disability as he is disabled and cannot work. I work two jobs to make ends meet. I don't have a license due to a medical condition known as narcolepsy. We need help with his eyes and getting me Ubers to work as he will not be able to drive once the surgery occurs.

We are in desperate need of some help financially, and asking for help is a very, very hard thing for us.
