The folks at my work discovered some very tragic news recently. One of our coworkers has lost a child. While we don’t have many details out of respect for giving the family space to grieve, I wanted to open this up for anyone to contribute if they felt compelled to do so. Funerals are expensive and missing work doesn’t help. I’d like to keep his name private as I feel like this isn’t my information to share and I want to be as respectful as possible, especially considering he doesn’t know I’m making a fundraiser for him. I wish I knew him better so that I could write all sorts of reasons why I feel like he deserves this but I hope that these few words are enough to get his family some financial aid during what I imagine to be an extremely difficult time.
