A year and a half ago, we were solid. In spite of being a trans couple in these times, in spite of past setbacks during our transitions, our family was thriving. Sudden, unforeseen events—outside of our control—derailed us.

Due to needing to protect our family’s privacy, we are limited to what we can share. We are navigating something big — bigger than us, that life put in our path and left us no choice but to meet head on. We are seeing this moment in our individual lives as part of the collective resistance for basic human dignity. We are holding the line. One day we will be able to share openly.

We are in a critical place. We cannot meet our goal fast enough without your help.
