Hello, my name is Adrian, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my husband, Robert. Our family is facing one of the most difficult times of our lives as Robert continues his battle with diabetes and its devastating complications.

Last year, Robert endured a life-changing surgery when both of his big toes were amputated due to diabetic infections.
