Support Families of Nepal’s Fallen Youth

Hi everyone,

My name is Abishek Gyawali, and I am currently living in Sydney, Australia. With a heavy heart, I am creating this GoFundMe to support the families of the young people who sadly lost their lives during the recent protest in Kathmandu and other parts of Nepal.

These youths were the hope and future of their families—parents and loved ones invested their entire lives in them. Now, in a sudden and tragic turn, these families are left in grief, facing not only emotional pain but also financial struggles.

Through this fundraiser, my hope is that we can come together to provide some financial relief to the families during this incredibly difficult time. While money can never replace the loss of a child, it can ease the immediate burdens and show them that they are not alone.

I want to be completely transparent: I do not have direct personal contact with the affected families or the authorities at this time. However, I am committed to ensuring that all collected funds will reach the right hands. I plan to coordinate with trusted representatives and organisations, such as the administrators of RONB, MP Gyanendra Shahi, and MP Sumana Shrestha, or other reliable local groups who are working on the ground. I have taken this initiative myself because I strongly believe that we cannot stand by in silence when families in Nepal are suffering.
