Hi everyone. My name is Viviana and I work at a school on the West Side of Chicago as a homeless advocate. I work directly with families being affected by current immigration policies. The sole purpose of this fundraiser is to support families that have been impacted by immigration detentions or that are at severe risk. Many of them have varying needs such as rental, food, transportation, legal fees etc. I will use this funding to help keep families afloat as they try to navigate these difficult times.
