Support Families Affected by Typhoon Egay

Hi, my name is Honey Tabal, and I'm seeking your generous support for family and friends in Ilocos Sur, Philippines who have been severely affected by the devastating force of super typhoon Doksuri (Egay). For details, please watch the video linked above or click here.

The province was placed under state of calamity on July 26 due to storm surges, heavy rain, and destructive winds. The typhoon hit with very little warning. And as you can imagine, many lost their homes and belongings, with hundreds of families forced to stay in evacuation centres.

Those affected include my own close family and relatives. Fortunately, no one is badly hurt. They now have access to food, clean water, and clothing. But it looks like it could take months to a year for them to rebuild and recover.

My dad has picked up extra shifts at work to help out. However, there's only so much that one person can do. There's strength in unity, and I know incredible things happen when people come together to help those in need.

Your donation, no matter how big or small, can make a big difference in the lives of those affected. Every cent donated will go directly to providing much-needed emergency relief, including food, clean water, shelter, and medical aid to family, relatives, and neighbours.
