Hi, my name is Jerry Okojie and I'm fundraising for my friend Falaiye Wisdom Akinloluwa, a 22-year-old university student who urgently needs life-changing surgery.

Wisdom is in his final year at Lagos State University, but Sickle Cell Disease has created serious complications that prevented him from graduating as planned in 2024. Now he faces an even bigger challenge - he needs bilateral hip replacement and hamstring release surgery to regain his ability to walk properly.

This cause is important to me because no young person should have their dreams put on hold due to a medical condition they can't control. Wisdom has shown incredible determination in pursuing his education despite living with SCD, and he deserves the chance to complete his studies and build the future he's worked so hard for.

The funds will go directly toward covering the ₦12,266,162.00 (approximately £6,500) needed for his surgical procedures.
