Hello everyone! My name is Karla Salinas, and I’m the proud owner and lead trainer of Faith Fitness HTX, a Houston-based Garage Gym where we combine strength, purpose, and community. For over eight years, we've been dedicated to helping individuals grow stronger both physically and mentally, and to giving back to our local community.

We’re now embarking on an exciting new chapter: Faith Fitness 2.0. This expansion will allow us to offer a bigger, better space with upgraded equipment, additional amenities, and even more opportunities to serve you. The funds we raise here will go directly toward the construction and buildout of our new facility, ensuring that we can create an environment where everyone feels welcome and inspired.
