The TopVelocity's mission has been to help baseball players learn the science and biomechanics of healthy high velocity baseball performance movements. We have used social media and the TopVelocity websites to educate all levels of the game. Some of our content both free and paid consist of player analysis of all levels of the game. We most recently have been sued for using an MLB Pitcher Trevor Bauer's likeness in our analysis videos for educational purposes. This lawsuit could potentially change the industry removing content that uses MLB or professional or college pitchers likeness for the purpose of education.
