Fabrizio is a brave 12‑year‑old boy from Santa Cruz, Bolivia who is now fighting for his life for the second time. Two weeks ago, he was rushed into the Intensive Care Unit, placed in an induced coma, and later developed pneumonia. After days of uncertainty, doctors were finally able to stabilize him enough to attempt surgery.
During the operation, they were only able to remove 70% of the tumor due to its delicate location. When the biopsy results arrived, our worst fear was confirmed: recurrent medulloblastoma, a rare and aggressive brain cancer that affects only 5 out of every 1 million children worldwide.
Despite everything he has endured—coma, pneumonia, partial tumor removal—Fabrizio continues to fight. And he is not fighting alone. Thanks to the love and faith of the doctors and nurses in Bolivia, the infinite love of his parents and family, and the prayers of our entire community, Fabrizio is still here, holding on with extraordinary strength.
But his best chance for survival now depends on receiving specialized treatment outside of Bolivia, where options for this type of cancer are extremely limited. We are raising funds to cover the urgent costs of his treatment abroad, including medical evaluations, therapies, travel, and the long recovery process ahead.
Every contribution brings Fabrizio closer to the life‑saving care he desperately needs. Thank you for helping us give him a real chance at life.
