Our sweet friend Natalia is going through something no family should ever have to face. Her loving husband, Fabio, was recently diagnosed with B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. A sudden, life-changing diagnosis that has turned their world upside down. Fabio is the backbone and the rock of their family. A devoted husband, an incredible father to their two beautiful girls, Tatiana and Sofia. He’s always been the provider, doing whatever it takes to support his family and give them a good life. Now, he’s fighting for the life he has worked so hard for. Natalia is doing everything in her power to hold things together.

While caring for her husband and daughters, Natalia is also juggling part-time work to keep health insurance for the family, and attending nursing school full-time. She’s doing all this while navigating the fear, stress, and exhaustion that comes with his diagnosis. It’s hard to put into words how overwhelming this time has been for her and the family.

If you know Natalia, you know how incredibly kind and selfless she is. She’s the kind of person who would give you the shirt off her back without a second thought. She’s always been the one to show up for others and now, we want to show up for her.

We’ve started this fundraiser to help alleviate some of the heavy financial burden that comes with long-term cancer treatment. Between hospital stays, constant travel to and from the city for care, and medical bills, the pressure is immense. Our goal is to raise enough to ease that stress even if just a little, so Natalia can focus on what matters most: being there for her husband and children.

Nuestra dulce amiga Natalia está viviendo una situación que ninguna familia debería enfrentar. Su amado esposo, Fabio, fue diagnosticado recientemente con leucemia linfoblástica aguda de células B. Un diagnóstico repentino y devastador que ha causado un cambio drastico en sus vidas. Fabio es el pilar y la roca de su familia: un esposo devoto, un padre increíble para sus dos hermosas niñas, Tatiana y Sofía. Siempre ha sido quien provee, haciendo todo lo necesario para sostener a su familia y brindarles una buena vida. Ahora está luchando por la vida por la que ha trabajado tan duro. Natalia está haciendo todo lo posible por mantener todo en pie.

Mientras cuida de su esposo e hijas, Natalia también trabaja a tiempo parcial para conservar el seguro de salud familiar y asiste a la escuela de enfermería a tiempo completo. Natalia está haciendo todo esto mientras enfrenta el miedo, el estrés y el agotamiento que conlleva este diagnóstico. Es difícil expresar con palabras lo abrumador que ha sido este momento para ella y su familia.

Hemos iniciado esta campaña para ayudar a aliviar parte de la pesada carga financiera que acompaña al tratamiento prolongado contra el cáncer.
