My name is Adamaris Gomez. I am 21 years old, and I am also a mother and wife to my lovely husband, Fabian Gomez Arambula, who was taken by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) without probable cause. My life entirely changed from one day to another. Fabian is our main provider as our child is still an infant and needs my full attention. We've been legally trying to fix his legal status since 2024. We've been approved for certain documentation, but as some of you know, it takes time and a lot of fees. As I mentioned, Fabian was our main and only provider. We kindly ask for help in these moments of need. It's also very important to mention that Fabian was brought to the U.S. as a baby to escape poverty and for a better chance at life. Fabian also has NO CRIMINAL RECORD, not even a single traffic violation. He was dedicated to his family, and his main goal was to provide. Every single dollar will go towards Fabian’s legal defense team, as he was advised by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to get a lawyer due to his case being a bit different.
