Hello, my name is Ronalyn and I am reaching out to you today on behalf of my dear nephew, Ezili.

Ezili is a brave 4-year-old boy who has been facing immense challenges since being diagnosed with a rare genetic condition called GNA01, a neurodevelopmental disorder that impacts his ability to move and function like other children his age. Due to this condition, Ezili struggles with involuntary movements and is unable to sit up or walk independently. He is unable to do many of the things most children take for granted, but he remains resilient, attending therapy regularly to improve his strength and mobility.

Despite his efforts, life has become even more difficult for Ezili this year. He has been suffering from breakthrough seizures, which have led to multiple hospitalizations. He is currently fighting for his life in the hospital, battling acute respiratory failure, hypoxemia, and pneumonia. These additional health complications have put a strain on his already fragile health, and his family has been by his side every step of the way, providing him with the love and care he needs.

As there is no known cure for GNA01, the road ahead is uncertain, and medical costs continue to rise. We are reaching out to our community for support to help cover the mounting expenses of his medical treatments, hospital stays, and specialized therapies.
