Support expenses for Shawn Grogg & his family

Shawn Grogg was involved in a motorcycle accident on Tuesday September 10, 2019  which has left him in the ICU with severe injuries. Two broken femurs, broken eye socket, bleeding on the brain, chest injuries and the extent of the rest of the injuries are still yet to be determined until swelling goes down. Shawn is the father of two amazing children, a husband and a great friend/brother. Costs for medical and daily expenses will be costly so we're are asking for help to support him and his family in this long process of recovery. If you have ever been in any kind of traumatic accident, I don’t need to tell you what he and his family are getting ready to go through. I am here to ask you to help me help my friend heal by making sure his family is taken care of while he is recovering. If you have someone like Shawn, a helper, a person that cares about other people, in your life you know how much harder it is for them to heal if they think they are letting the people closest to themselves and their family down. I want to ensure his family is taken care of and he can concentrate on becoming well again. I want my friend to not have to think because he got into an accident everyone else's life will be harder. Shawn has helped so many of us in the past, so I ask with my hand out and my heart on my sleeve for the compassion of strangers and extended family. All we are hoping for is the kindness of a few people to ensure all of his day to day family expenses are taken care of. It would hurt him more to think he is letting people down, so please, if you are able to find a few dollars to help me help my friend, you will always hold a special place in my heart. I don’t think I will be able to thank you enough, but I will start by just saying thank you for even considering lending a hand.
