Support Ewyonne Warren after devastating apartment fire
Donation protected
Help us support Ewoynne Warren, a dedicated vendor for Streetwise.
In a devastating fire at his apartment complex in Chicago Ridge, Ewoynne lost not only his home but all of his possessions, including the hard-earned money he had saved from selling Streetwise papers.
Known for his charisma and kindness, Ewoynne works tirelessly in addition to commuting 30 miles on public transportation daily from Chicago Ridge to Winnetka. You can usually find him outside of The Grand in Winnetka.
His passion for helping others shines through in his dream of starting a non-profit organization aimed at turning kids around and steering them away from negative influences. He envisions himself as a public speaker, addressing Chicago youth about the dangers of bad behavior and the importance of making positive choices.
In addition to his aspirations, Ewoynne collaborates with a local social service agency to raise awareness about homelessness and secure funding to support those in need. His commitment to uplifting others is unwavering, even in the face of his own hardships.
As a community, we have the opportunity to rally around Ewyonne during this challenging time.
