If you know our family at all, you know Evelyn is one of the spunkiest parts of the family. Recently, Evelyn was experiencing behaviors that were beyond what was normal for her. She had to be taken to the hospital to be evaluated as her behaviors became increasingly erratic and dangerous. After being sent to Salem Hospital, Doernbecher, and Legacy in Portland, she is now at Seattle Children's Hospital being evaluated. She is now doing well and thanks to folks at Seattle Children's Hospital, she will be released home hopefully next week with a plan to get her the services she needs. Originally, she was on a waitlist for many of the services she needed, but due to her condition, she will be able to bypass those waitlists thankfully.

The outpatient therapy may be time-consuming, so all donations will go towards helping Jacob and Kristine to pay their bills as one or both may have to be off work for an unknown amount of time. Any money donated beyond the goal will help recoup costs incurred for all the traveling and the four hospital stays/visits.
