Hi, my name is Jonathan, and I am one of Evelyn Cortez’s sons. I’m heartbroken to share that we lost our beloved mom on October 3, 2025. She was truly an angel on earth—generous, loving, kind, and full of life. Despite her struggles with stage 4 chronic kidney disease, heart failure, diabetes type 2, and other health issues, she always remained strong and made sure her family was cared for.

She fought courageously until her very last breath, and her passing was something we were not prepared for. Our family is now facing the difficult challenge of covering her funeral and burial expenses, and we humbly ask for your support during this painful time.
