Support Evanston Pet Center's New Beginning

My name is Alexander Dowd, and it is my great honor and privilege to announce the grand opening of Evanston Pet Center, a fresh start that honors the legacy of our beloved Wilmette Pet Center. Our mission is to provide exceptional care for your pets and to support our vibrant community of pet-loving families in the North Shore.

What We Need

A great deal of time and money has gone into build out of our new 820 Dempster location! everything from the flooring to the painting, the ventilation system , and the equipment was spared no expense. Your Continued support will help ensure that we survive long enough for these things to pay off . the rent and the payroll expenses will be our greatest challenge for the next 2-3 years. As the owner i have not been taking a salary and do not plan to anytime soon. i work 7 days each week to ensure Evanston Pet Center can become an established community landmark and resource!

Why It Matters

The closing of Wilmette Pet left a huge hole in the community - not just the loss of a rare, local retail store but a source of joy and unconditional love - and we believe that needs to come back. We understand that pets are family members, and at Evanston Pet Center, we prioritize quality over quantity in everything we do. Our goal is to ensure that every pet and owner feels valued and cared for, just as they did at the former Wilmette Pet Center.
