Your Eggcellency, LLC. having been in business since 2021, can't obtain a loan as of yet, and isn't looking for just a handout, but, more of someone that is willing to give a hand-up. That hand-up is to be secured by including your name(s) on the deed as part owner, WITHOUT ANY LIABILITY, please, until repaid in 1 or 2 years, PLEASE????

Suggested to expound a bit more for any that would want to donate, hence, having been a Floral Delivery Driver for many yeas, and that with some of the Country's most notable Designers. What is reflected from them all is generally seen in all that is done: The Production of Good Offspring - the meaning of my name, Eugene.

Not having proven that definition, being childless, what output that there is has to be not just "good," but, EGGcellent!

The 5 acres will reflect all of the greatness collected over the years, designed with Fruit Bearing Trees (to be purchased from Fast Growing Trees, for their trees can bear fruit the first year) spaced 6 feet apart around perimeter, i.e., Apple, Plum, Orange, Pear, Kumquat, etc., etc., etc. Too, the modest 3 bedroom/ 1 bath Log Home, totalling $50,000.00, will partially be Pink Coral Vine, and /or Stephanotis Espaliered. Now, of course the Taj Mahal wasn't built over night, but my tribute to all FLEURRIFIC Designers will have to include 2 modest Log Cabin Studios, that WHOMEVER, may need a temporary place in which to live, as I would have occasionally needed, will be welcomed, AT NO COST.

The property, when I and my brother were kids living on, had pigs, ducks, geese, chickens. An addition of a few goats, sheep, and emus, are to be, with the [swam in as a kid] Creek Stocked with Trout and Perch. It may have to be dredged to deepen it, and build a Reservoir to replenish it during dry spells.

I now generally work as a WFH Customer Service Representative, being a 24/7 Caregiver to my mom, AND started YOUR EGGCELLENCY, LLC., to generate income when not Working From Home for major Corporations, like Walmart, CVS, Cox Communications.

Am currently increasing the number of regular Egg Customers, HOWEVER, there are only so many ducks, geese, quail and turkeys that one can have , and its limit is pushed.

Hence, if anyone has the means to EGG ME ON to buy just the land, in time, through hard work, as is reflected where currently residing, all of the aforementioned shall come to fruition.
