Help the Scott's thru cancer treatment

This fundraiser is for the most special couple you have ever met. Eugene and Tonya Scott would give you the shirt off their backs and then make you a pot of gumbo. Brother Eugene Scott (known affectionately as Papa Scott) has been diagnosed with an aggressive small cell lung cancer. He is going through chemo and radiation every day at the moment but this is obviously taking a major toll on their time and finances.

With treatments almost daily (treatments are an hour drive one way daily), his wife Tonya (Mama Scott) had to take a lot of time off of work to take him to his appointments and to care for their daily needs. Less work equals less money at a time when their expenses are at an all-time high. They also have to move out of their second-floor apartment into something on the first floor and with that comes with another set of needed expenditures. This is why we are fundraising.
