Support Eubaldo Oliva: Recover from House Fire

Hello! My name is Abigail Oliva. On August 21st, my 94-year-old grandfather, Eubaldo Oliva, lost a good portion of his home to a fire that started by a water heater. The whole back portion of the house burned down along with his entire kitchen and laundry room. The rest of the house was just heavily affected by the smoke and heat, but unfortunately, the house cannot be restored.

We are so blessed to say that my grandpa wasn’t home at the time so he is doing fine just very devastated.

My grandpa built his home from the ground up over 50 years ago for him, his wife, and his whole family. As we can’t get the house we all grew up in back, we as a family want to at least try to give back to my grandpa and eventually build him a new home where we plan to make many more great memories in.

I’m asking for any help we can get so we can buy him more clothes and necessities as everything that was salvageable is stained with a smoke smell. Our plan is to take out all of the unharmed memorabilia and eventually tear down the house and again hopefully in the future rebuild for him. I understand it’s a hard time for a lot of people so anything helps especially just a share if you can! Thank you.
