My name is Ettalen, and I am a senior at Mitchell High School. I am honored to share that I recently won 1st place at the Future Business Leaders of America state competition. This achievement has given me the incredible opportunity to represent my state and my small town at the FBLA National Leadership Conference in San Antonio this summer. Throughout my time in FBLA, I have served as a chairperson and am currently the president of Mitchell High FBLA. Competing at nationals is a dream come true, and I am excited to showcase the community service project I’ve worked on and learn from other inspiring students across the country.

Attending nationals will not only allow me to highlight the positive impact our small town is making, but it will also help me develop new skills and leadership abilities that I can bring back to my community. The funds raised will go directly toward food, activities, and transportation, making it possible for me to participate in this once-in-a-lifetime event. I am passionate about giving back and hope to use everything I learn to continue serving and uplifting those around me.
