Just a day after Thanksgiving my husband, Ethan Carruth, had picked up an extra night shift at his job in St. Francisville. He had left for work like any other day, but not even 10 minutes later from leaving our home I received a call that no one will ever be mentally prepared for. He was hit by a driver who came completely into his lane (for unknown reasons yet) and when I got to him it was a site I will never forget. We are so incredibly blessed he is still here with us, that in itself is a miracle.
Ethan was the sole provider of our family, as I am a stay at home mother to our 3 beautiful children. After this tragedy we are left with so many unknowns of the future with bills, medical expenses, wheel chair ramps, etc to make our home more accessible to him for right now. Unfortunately after this horrible event we are left to pick up all the pieces he did not cause, and this is only the beginning of his recovery with upcoming surgeries, specialist visits, and his mental healing. If you feel it in your heart to donate, no amount is too small! Everything is appreciated. Even if it is in prayer. The prayers are working, being heard, and getting him stronger day by day. Thank you so much ❤️
