**Help Ethan Mace Recover After Emergency Brain Surgery**
Last week, while the Mace family was vacationing in Hawaii, their world changed in an instant. Their 12-year-old son, Ethan, had just exited the pool when he suddenly collapsed without warning. He was rushed to the hospital and taken to Kapiʻolani Medical Center for Women & Children, where doctors quickly determined that Ethan needed emergency brain surgery.
As of 5/11, Ethan remains in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). Thankfully, his prognosis is good, and the family is incredibly grateful for the exceptional care he is receiving. However, Ethan’s journey is far from over. He faces months of recovery, rehabilitation, and physical therapy ahead.
This unexpected medical emergency has placed an enormous emotional and financial burden on the Mace family. Between emergency medical care, extended time away from home, travel expenses, lodging, lost work, and the long road to recovery, the costs continue to grow.
We are asking for support to help ease the financial stress on the family so they can focus fully on what matters most — Ethan’s healing and recovery.
Any donation, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference. If you are unable to give, please consider sharing this page and keeping Ethan and the Mace family in your thoughts and prayers.
Thank you for surrounding this family with love, strength, and support during this incredibly difficult time.
