This summer from August 5-12, I’m gonna be going on IFGF’s mission trip to the Riau Islands in Indonesia. While we’re there, we’re going to provide medical and school supplies, host services and worship sessions, and pray for the people there. The main purpose of doing all of this is to show the love of Jesus to the people who haven’t experienced it before.

I went on this trip last year and it was really the most amazing week of my entire life. I have never seen God work this intensely and visibly within a group of people like that. The fire and hunger that we saw in the people was unlike anything else I’ve experienced. We watched so many people get miraculously healed from sicknesses, body problems, and other physical bondages. But the best part of the trip was seeing so many people give their lives to Jesus in that one week.

When I go, I’m gonna be a part of the medical and kids ministry. So this means that we’re gonna be checking blood pressures, doing blood tests, and giving out medications for the people, as well as doing storytimes at elementary schools, teaching, giving out supplies like backpacks and toothbrushes, and just spending time with the kids there to show Jesus’ love to them. Many of the people there don’t have access to these things so we’re there to bring them to them.

For this mission trip, I’m gonna need to raise $1,500, and I’m asking for your help financially as well as in prayer in order to make this outreach a reality. There is literally no amount too small. Also, if you could share this with your friends and family it would help so much. If you are unable to help me financially, please keep this team in your prayers. Pray for safety, health, and for Jesus’ love and fire to just burn so bright in the people that we’re about to reach. Thank you guys so much it really means a lot!
