Support Ethan Schmidgal’s Recovery

Ethan Schmidgal, a student and athlete at Coronado High School, was recently struck by a car while riding his bike. He suffered multiple injuries, including a traumatic brain injury, and is now beginning an extensive rehabilitation process. Despite the challenges, Ethan is conscious and showing determination as he starts his recovery journey.

Ethan’s family is by his side every step of the way, supporting him through countless medical appointments, therapy sessions, and the daily hurdles of healing. The financial strain of ongoing medical bills, therapy costs, and the need for his family to be present during this critical time has created a significant burden. This fundraiser aims to help cover these expenses and allow Ethan’s family to focus on his recovery without added stress.

Ethan is known for his dedication both on and off the field. He plays football and volleyball for Coronado High, is active in his church community, and participates in Boy Scouts. His positive spirit and commitment have touched many lives, and now he and his family need support from the community.
