Support Ethan Jones' Road to Recovery

Hello all, at this time we are trying to raise some money for the Jones family. On the evening of May 6th, Ethan Jones, age 17, was tragically shot 2 times in an attempted robbery in Oklahoma City. The first bullet shattered Ethan's left hand, and the second went into his neck and damaged his spinal cord. Since that time, Ethan has been primarily at Baptist ICU in OKC; however, last week he was transferred to Baptist Children's Hospital in Bethany, where he is set to begin what looks like about an 8-10 week rehabilitation before he can return home. Ethan is the son of Kris Jones (MWC HS Class of '93) and Jennifer Hudson (MWC HS Class of '99).

At this time, I would like to try and raise some cash for this family. Father Kris works traveling the country working on aircraft, and with this going on, he is having to take several weeks of unpaid time off from work to care for Ethan until he can return home. The family is accumulating medical bills, and also there is going to be quite a bit of cost in preparing their home for the fact that at this time, the doctors believe that Ethan will be paralyzed from the waist down, so he will be confined to a wheelchair at least for the foreseeable future.
