Support Estuar's Stroke Recovery Journey

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my story. My life took a turn three months ago when I suffered two strokes. The first stroke happened in April of this year at home; I was taken to the hospital and was told that I had had a stroke and four days later I had a second and major stroke that affected my speech, my walking ability and movement in my right side. Little by little, I regained my ability to walk, but I’m still working on getting mobility in my right arm - the stroke happened on the left side of my body affecting my right side. However, the biggest drawback is it affected my ability to think clearly, to write, to read. Thank God, I’ve been going to therapy now for 3 1/2 months and I have seen some progress, but I’m still a long way to a full recovery. This unexpected situation has come to change my life completely - I am unable to work, the ability to be completely independent. This has also taken a toll on my finances - as I am unable to retire since I don’t have enough years in the job to retire nor do I have the age to qualify for retirement. My finances are low and I’ve heard that acupuncture has done wonders for people that have suffered strokes. This is where I need help. I have never been one to ask for money but more the one that helps others.

How can you help me? First and foremost - put me in your prayers so that God heals my body and my mind completely - that I regain my ability to read and write - and that my arm gains the mobility and strength as I continue in this journey - with my confidence and trust that God is taking care of me and he’s got a bigger plan for my life.
