Estela was a mother, a grandma, a friend, a sister and a daughter she was full of life and caring. 4 years ago she began her battle against cancer. She was diagnosed with breast cancer she was determined to fight and not let the cancer win. She was constantly in and out of the hospital as she received treatments inside and outside the united states trying to find a solution. One of the treatments was chemotherapy and it took a toll on her emotionally, physically, and financially. As she would have these treatments often she would suffer from the pain. But she would remain strong and persevere for her family. The cancer began to get more aggressive and it spread to other parts of her body like her brain. Despite it all she remained optimistic and kept pushing for her family. On Friday morning she passed away after 4 years of fighting cancer. We are looking for donations to cover the cost of the funeral to put her to rest peacefully and to help cover the hospital bills. We hope that her story raises awareness about cancer. No one deserves to loose a loved one to cancer.
