Esteban Salgado has been the heart of Metroplex Gutter and Windows for 15 years. As our lead installer, his passion, attention to detail, and intense work ethic have shaped the success of our company. Esteban is more than just a team member—he’s become like family to me and my wife, La Tonya Pisors. His leadership and dedication inspire everyone around him, and his love for playing soccer and spending time with his wife, Elena, his two sons, and family are a big part of who he is.

Recently, Esteban was involved in a serious motorcycle accident that left him with multiple injuries, including a broken left leg, a broken forearm, two broken ribs, a bruised lung, and several skin abrasions. He has already undergone five surgeries to repair his leg and arm, and he faces a long road of physical therapy to regain his ability to walk and use his hand. With no insurance, the mounting medical bills, hospital stays, surgeries, and ongoing therapy are overwhelming. Esteban is unable to work during his recovery.

Esteban’s absence has been deeply felt at Metroplex Gutter and Windows. His nephew and partner, Aden, has stepped up to help keep jobs running smoothly, but Esteban’s leadership and spirit are truly missed. We’re raising funds to help cover his medical expenses, hospital bills, surgeries, upcoming physical therapy, and to provide financial support for Elena and their family while he heals.
