Emergency Appeal: Rebuilding After the Sherbrook Apartment Fire

March 21, 2025 – A fire broke out at Sherbrook Apartments, Apt. E5, Cortlandville, NY, causing major smoke and water damage. While I was out of town and thankfully safe, the return home was heartbreaking—everything was destroyed.

Due to no renter’s insurance, I’m starting from zero. The apartment is unlivable. Furniture, clothes, kitchen essentials—all gone.

I’m reaching out with humility for urgent help to rebuild my life with just the essentials. I’m not asking for luxury—just a second chance.

Goal: $2,300

To replace only the basics and restore safe living conditions.
